If your Whirlpool oven isn’t heating, check your bake element. One of the ways to check if the element went bad is to check for continuity. To do that, you would need an ohmmeter. Another way is to look at the element. If it looks burnt, you probably need to replace it.
This bake element fits most Whirlpool electric ovens. Length 15-3/4″, Width 16-5/8″. Terminal spacing 1-3/4″, mount bracket to terminals is 3″. Made by Whirlpool. Part Number: 308180.
