GE Oven Bake Element (WB44X5082)

This is a closed hinged GE bake element used in electric self cleaning ovens. It will fit some GE made ovens such as GE, Hotpoint, and RCA. You can find measurements for this bake element below the photo. Be sure to check your model number to make sure this bake element is the right replacement for your GE self cleaning oven.
Tips on checking for a bad element:
- Check for body damage. If you see burn marks on the element, it probably needs to be replaced.
- Using an ohmmeter, you could test the bake element for continuity. If the ohmmeter shows no continuity, the element needs to be replaced.
This bake element will fit some GE, Hotpoint, and RCA made self cleaning ovens. Made by GE. Approximate measurements: Length: 15″, width: 18″, spacing between terminals: 1-1/4″. Part Number: WB44X5082.

Je dois changer un élément du four (celui du bas). J’ai contacter un fournisseur qui m’a vendu l’élèment selon mon modèle de GE. J’ai retiré l’élèment. Il y a vait seulement 2 fils de branché < cette él`ment. Par contre j’ai découvert un 3 fils de couleur rouge. Je ne sais pas ou le brancher. Pouvez-vous m’indique quoi faire avec ce fil?
