This is a Frigidaire made oven bake element. It is one of the common bake elements used in Frigidaire and WCI oven ranges. If you think your bake element is bad but are not sure, there are two ways of testing it. One way is to check the element for physical damage. If you see burn marks, then your element is probably bad. Another way to check which will assure you it’s faulty is to use an ohmmeter to see if there is continuity. Always unplug your appliance before doing this. If the ohmmeter shows no ohms, the bake element needs to be replaced.

This Frigidaire bake element has push-on style terminals with approximately 13 inches of space between the terminals (see other measurements below). Check your model number to make sure this is the right bake element for your Frigidaire oven range. You can also refer to the list of models at the bottom of this post.
